Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee. The space The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (coffee, sugar, cream provided), table and chairs, and kitchenware. The full bathroom includes towels and amenities. There is Wi-Fi and a 50-inch smart TV that connects to the internet. Parking is off-street and directly in front of the guest house, which has a self-check in electronic lock. Other things to note In addition to a cleaning service, during this time of COVID19, I am personally disinfecting the guest house after the cleaning service is done and before guests check in.
