Always bring your ID and copy of the booking confirmation as the guard on duty will always ask every time you enter the building. 2. Smoking/ vaping is not allowed inside the unit but allowed on the balcony with the door/window shut. 3. Smoking, drinking liquors/alcoholic drinks are not allowed in common areas- rules and fines by SMDC Grass admin are strictly enforced. 4. Only registered guests are allowed to enter the building. Food deliveries and other personal services are allowed only upon clearance at the main lobby. 5. Please avoid excessive noise so as not to disturb other tenants. 6. Please practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go). 7. Don't forget to turn off all the appliances and lights before you leave. For early checkout, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance so we can inspect the unit before you leave. 8. Lost/ damaged items will be deducted from the guest's deposit. 9. Enjoy your stay.
