The Space--A large split level home featuring four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, two living rooms, two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchenette, and two laundry rooms! The pocket door next to the entrance contains a private living space with a kitchenette, its own Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, two plate electric hot plate built into the kitchen counter. It also features dining for two, a living room with a smart tv, washer and dryer, bedroom with a king size bed, two dressers, sliding glass door closet, and a full bathroom with a shower only. The laundry room located in the garage features a washer and dryer. Perfect for big families! *Other Things to Note* NO Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, bar mop towels in lieu of paper towels. etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies. Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well. Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home with the exception of one locked closet during your stay. There are no shared spaces. Reservation includes 2 designated parking spots. The entrance at the main door of the home facing the street. Use your custom lock code to open the Yale smart lock . Free wifi reaches the entire home. We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions. Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation. 1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket. 2. Please place all used towels in the washing machine and begin cycle using hot water and provided detergent. 3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies. *Getting Around* A car is strongly suggested although ride share programs such as Uber and Lyft are available too! *The Neighborhood* The Reilly Road Refuge is located right outside the Reilly gate of Fort Bragg district with restaurants and bars a short 3 minute Uber ride away. It's still only a short drive to the Historic Downtown Fayetteville including eClair's General Store for coffee and gifts., Latitude 35 featuring great brunch and dinner options and don't miss the 1897 Poe House or the Airborne and Special Ops Museum while you are here! *Interaction with Guests* This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, check-in is self-guided. You will let yourself in with a unique door code provided to you the morning of your arrival. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 Pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire home minus two locked closets. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience. Other things to note • Guest Verification: We partner with Know Your Guest, a third-party guest-screening service. Before your stay, you must complete their verification and choose between a non-refundable $35 damage waiver or a refundable $500 security deposit. • Late Check-In: If you plan to arrive after 9 PM, please coordinate with us in advance. This ensures our staff is available to assist if any issues arise. Failure to coordinate may result in assistance not being available until the following morning, with no refund provided. • Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc.). Should you need more, stores are located nearby. • Neighborhood Sounds: Due to our proximity to the military base, you may occasionally hear aircraft or other related sounds. • Entertainment: The home is equipped with free WiFi and smart TVs. We do not offer cable, so please bring your logins for your favorite streaming services. • Accessibility: This home is not wheelchair accessible. • Child Safety: All children must be supervised at all times.• Potential Fees: • Lockout Fee: $25 • Additional Cleaning Fee: $120 • $350 (charged for excessive mess requiring extra cleaning). • Checkout Requirements: To help our staff prepare for the next guests, please complete these simple tasks: 1. Place all trash in the outdoor receptacle. Do not bag recyclables. 2. Load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes. 3. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the cycle on hot water with the provided detergent.
