Alte Färberei Runkel (up to 30 guests)

The Alte Därberei in Runkel is a self-catering guest house. It is rented to only one group at a time. Up to 30 people can stay in the house, including 16 in beds and 14 in the mattress storage (mattresses available). The house is perfect for meetings with family and friends as well as for seminars and company events. Minimum booking 2 nights, holidays and long weekends 3 nights. For booking and payment for more than 16 people, see below for further important information. The space The Alte Färberei [Old Dye Works] has three floors. On the first floor are the kitchen, the large common room and three toilets. On the upper floor are four bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet and a shower room with three showers. In the attic there are three bedrooms, a bathroom/toilet and a large room that can be used as a mattress dormitory. Guest access Next to the house are two parking spaces that can be used by guests. Additional parking is available near the house. The navigation address for the house is Burgstraße 42, 65594 Runkel. Other things to note The minimum booking is two nights. At Easter, Pentecost, Christmas, New Year's Eve and on public holidays, the minimum booking period is three nights. Due to technical limitations of the platform, Airbnb is currently only able to book overnight stays with a maximum of 16 guests in a house. If you are more than 16 people, you can book through Airbnb, but only for 16 people. As soon as you know how many you are, no later than one month before arrival, you will let us know the exact number of people and then we will provide you with an additional invoice for the extra people. This is EUR 43 per night for adults and adolescents over the age of 12, EUR 30 for children aged 6-12, EUR 20 for children aged 3-6, and free for children aged 0-3 (with a baby cot EUR 20), each per person per night. In addition, the final cleaning fee is increased by EUR 110. You have to pay the additional invoice one month before arrival.
