Idyllic cottage on the apple island of Askø

Get away from the hustle and bustle and relax in this classic and cozy cottage, just 300 meters from the beach and jetty. Here you can also enjoy a bike ride to Lilleø, see the beautiful apple orchards, be close to the beautiful bird-rich nature or jump in the water that is on all sides, see some of the most beautiful sunsets, and otherwise just enjoy the real Danish island life. The space The house has a small cozy kitchen with new appliances and tableware and a dining area for two. In the living room there are two sofas, for a total of 5 people, in addition there is another dining area with space for 5 people. There are a total of 2 trip trap children's chairs available in the house if you arrive with small children. There are three bedrooms, one room with a double bed measuring 140x200 cm, one bedroom with two single beds of 70x190 cm and one bedroom with a bed measuring 120x200 cm. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a bedside lamp. There are duvets and pillows, bedding, sheets and towels for our guests. The bathroom has a shower with an adjustable shower head and a top-operated washing machine. There are games and books for free use for the cozy evenings in the house and a playhouse in the garden for the little ones :-) On each side of the house there is a terrace with table and chairs, so you can enjoy the sun, from morning to evening. Besides that, there's a big gas grill for the warm evenings. Parties or extra guests are not allowed in the house. Other things to note Please note that there are no restaurants or cafes on the island. However, there is a small local grocery store on the island, which is run on a voluntary basis by the local islanders. It's a nice little grocery store and they appreciate a smile and support from everyone :-) The shop is open about 6 days a week, 2 hours a day. So be aware that you may need to purchase your basic goods before you arrive on the island. However, the shop has delicious organic meat from Saxenhøj, white wine from Lilleø and other good basic goods. There is a defibrillator on the island, at the waterworks, which is 2 minutes by bike from the house. Besides that, there's a rescue team that lives on the island in case of an accident. They will be notified in case of an accident and you are in the situation that you have to call 112. In case of more serious accidents or illness, a rescue helicopter will arrive on the island quickly. Parties and extra guests are not allowed. Gatherings in the house with unannounced guests will also be considered a party and will incur an additional bill for consumption and cleaning.
