Bed near downtown with wifi

This is my beautiful home. Full of amenities. I rent 1 room with a bathroom shared with another room for people who come to Valencia for studies or work. The access door to the room has a key. A 10-minute walk to downtown and close to the Abastos Gym with a swimming pool. There is a metro station a 5-minute walk away. The Angel Guimerá metro comes from the airport with lines 3 and 5. The Plaza de España metro comes with lines 1 and 2. The space It has a huge dining room with a 42" TV with satellite channels. The whole apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is spectacular. It has everything you need to cook, plus an assortment of cups, tea cups and glasses. There is a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator, oven and induction cooktop. Next to the kitchen is an interior patio of 20m2. The room has a 150 x 190 bed. It also has a fan with light. The bathroom is next to the room and is shared with another person in the next room. Towels and a hairdryer are in the bathroom During your stay I like to welcome guests and tell them a little about the city and how to get around. I don't speak much English, but I can get by.
