Het Hazenhuis, a wonderful Brabant farmhouse

An authentic farm workers' cottage in the Brabant countryside. Parking space for 3 horse trailers and associated cars, and 500 square meters of meadow land. There is also enough space for a boat with trailer. Half an hour's drive from Antwerp or Breda, less than ten minutes to Bergen op Zoom, Roosendaal and Rosada. The Pancake Baker is 200 meters away. The area is full of nature, leisure, horse, cycling and hiking routes, water sports, food and drinks. Come and enjoy Brabant! The space A complete farm workers' cottage, adapted to this time. At the back, you enter the part, along which you also go to the toilet or the bathroom. Through the cozy kitchen, you enter the large living and dining room, with a beautiful, unobstructed view. The bedrooms are upstairs, not big, but nice! There is a room with a double bed. The second room has a bed where one adult or two children can sleep. The outdoor space is substantial. Cars can be placed next to and behind the house. Make use of the gardens, sometimes you will come across one of our cats or chickens, sometimes a hedgehog, partridge, woodpecker or Flemish jay, or of course the hares. Guest access Parking is available in the yard, next to and behind the house, the bus stops are about a 200-meter walk. If you come by public transport, we can always see if we are able to pick you up or bring you. The stations of Bergen op Zoom and Roosendaal are about ten minutes away from us by car. Other things to note Just to be sure, we would also like to mention two 'minus points' and a nice bonus: The main road to the village runs past the house, and we live a good hundred meters away from a railway line, especially freight traffic you can usually hear and sometimes feel. The small single bedroom is simple and does not have its own heating. A nice bonus is that at 2.2 km walking/cycling, or 3 minutes by car, three highway restaurants are available - La Place, Subway and Burger Stack - next to our own 24-hour shop, the Esso shop!
