Queen bedroom outside of Gettysburg

(3 bedrooms available, we have separate listings if you need another room) Quiet neighborhood about 6 miles from downtown Gettysburg. Very clean upstairs rooms with shared bathroom and nice sitting area. Patio with fireplace for outdoor use if desired. WiFi available and coffee/tea in the morning. Please note: *Check out time is 9 am on Sundays. We do have a small dog that stays downstairs, she cannot climb stairs. The space It is a very quiet neighborhood. We are about 1 mile from the center of Biglerville and 6 miles from downtown Gettysburg. Historic Gettysburg has so much to offer pertaining to the Battlefield and more. In the spring we have the Apple Blossom Festival and in the Fall there is the National Apple Harvest, perfect for a family outing. Guest access There is a large patio in the back with seating and a fireplce for use outside. Mini fridge in sitting area for guest use. During your stay The rooms you will be staying in are in my home, so we will be available for questions about the area, etc if needed. If you prefer total privacy, that is fine too. Other things to note Parking is available in the main driveway. No smoking No alcohol No pets
