Our comfy cottage is a perfect escape for couples or a small family. It is nestled on 5 1/2 acres of private woods, giving a perfect view of stars at night while enjoying a campfire or sitting on the wrap deck. The property is located 0.8 miles to Arrowhead Creek Golf Course, 0.9 miles to Waneta Lake , on Keuka Wine Trail, 4-11 minute drive to Hammondsport beaches, breweries or antique shops, 15 minutes to The Windmill or 20 minutes to Watkins Glen . The space We are set in privacy. It is meant to kick back and relax on the deck or in a two person hammock located under the pine trees. There's mowed area if you care to venture out for a walk in the woods. Guest access We go to the cottage when not being rented. You have access to the entire cottage and will find some of our own belongings (a bottom shelf in the downstairs bedroom, needed items in the downstairs closet, and in the pantry). Feel free to use the spices and hangers in the closet. You will have access to a stereo with CD's, a tv with some channels, DVD's, board games and PS1 game station with some games all in the tv stand. There's a pull out door that has more movies or games in the back. There will be a housekeeping checklist upon your arrival you will need to complete to insure a refund of your security deposit. Other things to note Must be of age 21 or over to rent. No RV's or campers. No parties or events. No Smoking. You are expected to provide your own sheets and towels. Pillows, pillow cases and a comforter are supplied on each bed. Our cottage is comfortable for 4 people. It is also a work in progress. We also supply salt, pepper, spices, dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and basic first aid items.
