Entering through a small porch, with storage for buckets, spades, wellington boots and golf clubs, the property opens up into a light welcoming hall. Off the hall is the sitting room which leads through into the kitchen dining area, offering a stylish open plan space perfect for relaxing after a round of golf or to enjoy a delicious dinner after a day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with excellent built in appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. A french door leads out, from the kitchen, to a private patio area with shared access and there is also handy downstairs loo under the stairs. A stunning glass balustrade leads up to the first floor and two good sized bedrooms complete with built in wardrobes. The bedrooms have been sympathetically decorated to offer comfortable and calm spaces to unwind in. There is a modern family bathroom with excellent shower over bath. Guest access There are 2 car parking spaces on site for guests. Other things to note Specifically cars only to be parked in the development, strictly no camper vans, caravans, or boats. We are delighted to welcome children but please be aware the house is not 'child proof' and we do not supply stair gates or cots. A highchair can be provided. Sadly not pets are allowed.
