In Villa Roca Brava, you can forget the world and unwind, wake up to the sound of nature and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The recently renovated house welcomes you with a breath of comfort and warmth. Two terraces and the swimming pool invite you to sit, relax and take a dip. The most beautiful beaches are a 10-minute drive away, and hiking trails start next to the house. This villa is ideal for a wonderful family vacation. With a lovely swimming pool, a lounge area for everyone, a BBQ and not to mention, a cup of coffee or glass of sangria with AMAZING SEAVIEW! Upon entering through the back door, located by the BBQ area and dining table on the pool side, you enter the utility room with washing machine and dryer. Then you enter the living room adjacent to the kitchen, all completely new and decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail! The house has a spacious kitchen that is equipped with all comforts; Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer combination with ice cube machine, oven and microwave. The kitchen features a cozy bar with two stools, allowing the cook to communicate with the rest of the guests while cooking. The house is a split level furnished house, so you enter the living area by means of a small staircase from the dining area. Here you will find a lovely sofa and two chairs with TV. Through the sliding door (or the front door next to it) you enter a lovely veranda with extra lounge set and that view! In addition to a nice living room, Villa Roca Brava has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom en-suite, and the second bathroom is for the other three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has two handmade wooden bunk beds. All equipped with high quality bedding; 100% Egyptian cotton with Satin. All windows are equipped with blackout shutters for optimal sleeping comfort. All bedrooms have Air conditioning. Outside you will find a spacious garden with a nice swimming pool, an outdoor shower and lounge area for everyone. And as mentioned before, the large dining table with BBQ opportunity. Guest access This villa is located on a continuous street with plenty of free parking available. There is a beautiful walking path directly on this street overlooking the sea. The house is located in the Serra Brava neighborhood. At about 1000 meters, there is a small supermarket where you can get fresh bread in the morning. Only open in peak season (from June to the end of August). PLEASE NOTE: our house is not suitable for the disabled or people with a wheelchair.
