Newly refurbished and decorated throughout, double bedroom and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The stylish well equipped kitchen has an induction hob and oven. There is a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a Bath and shower and toiletries for your stay. A travel cot is available on request. The space The property is safe and secure The living room and bedroom are light and peaceful. Well equipped kitchen and Stools at the breakfast bar over looking the beautiful gardens and York walls. Guest access Dedicated free parking space outside the apartment. Everything is within walking distance and the supermarket is 2 minutes walk. There are 3 steps inside the main building entrance hall but the apartment is on the ground floor. Please let me know if you need access by wheelchair. Other things to note Please let me know if you need the sofa bed in addition to the double bed so I can prepare the bedding. If there are only 2 guests but both beds are required there is an additional £10 fee for extra laundry which will be requested on booking.
