Gamli Fløttur- a special old family house in Gjógv

Cozy traditional Faroese house located centrally in Gjógv. The house was originally built in the 19th century, continuously maintained and renovated in 2020 with a sense of preservation of the traditional expression. The house is located in the middle of the village. In Gjógv you are very close to the magnificent nature and can go on trips to "Ambadalur", "Slættaratindur" , "Gráfelli" and other scenic areas. Right by the house, the river runs through the village and in the summer it is filled with playful children who row in small barrel boats in the river.
