In addition, according to the law, the Climate Resilience Tax is levied, which is set by the state and must be paid by the guest. This tax is calculated per room per night and is in addition to the total booking price. Not included in the total price of the stay and payable separately at the property. The tax amount is determined as follows: • €8 per night from April 1 to October 31 This tax is levied regardless of the nightly rate and applies to each room for each night of the stay. ● Other information you should know According to Greek law, we are required to ask for an ID card or passport number from non-Greek visitors, or a Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM) from residents of Greece, in order to complete the required tax registration details for the accommodation. In addition, pursuant to the law, a Climate Resilience Tax is levied. This tax is set by the Greek government and must be paid by the guest. This tax is calculated per room per night and is added to the total reservation price. It is not included in the total cost of the stay and must be paid separately on-site.
