My place is near Praia das Astúrias in Guarujá. It is a penthouse and duplex apartment on the beach, 150 meters from the beach, very close. It has 3 parking spaces and can accommodate up to 9 people, beautiful landscapes. You'll love my place because it's very beautiful, it's cozy, the high ceilings, it's a penthouse and duplex, it has TV, barbecue, swimming pool (shallow) inside the apartment and in the building too, it has 3 bathrooms, one of which is a suite, excellent place.
