Apartment is situated close to downtown Coos Bay, within easy access to recreation areas in the surrounding county, 1 mile to Bay Area Hospital. One bedroom with CalKing bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Additional sleeping space - hide-a-bed couch in the living area. Pet friendly. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor The space is very private. It is 100% for the guests, nobody would be walking through the apartment while you stay there. The guests have use of the entire apartment The fireplace, which you can see on the photo, is not operational. The water in the bathroom is very warm, we have instructions in the bathroom to test the water temperature before getting into the bath. The TV service is HULU on a WIFI connection. The selection of the programing is very large. Our place is pet friendly. We kindly ask our guests to clean the waste after their furry friends.
