Private Guest Suite w/bath and outside entrance

Our casita is a private entrance room attached to the front of our home. It has it’s own locking entrance, and it’s own private bathroom. It’s ideal for short trip to Boulder or a longer visit to Colorado, a hike in the mountains, a visit to CU, a concert at Red Rocks, etc. We are 15 minutes from Boulder and Golden, 25 from Red Rocks or Denver. Tons of great restaurants in Boulder, Golden, and the surrounding area, and close to as much hiking, biking, or rock climbing as you can handle! The space The casita is set up with a queen bed, a small desk and chair, and the private bathroom with shower. There is a closet, nightstand, and a bonus heater. It is on our central heat and air, but we like to give guests extra control of heat. The room has a mini-fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, a TV, and a microwave, but it doesn’t have a dedicated kitchen or cooking space. If you need use of a full kitchen it’s in our home and would be by request. We have a patio out back, which you can use, including a gas grill. The neighborhood has a fitness center and a key can be provided on request. There are paths and trails throughout our development. WiFi password info will be provided in your room. Guest access Your main space is the casita. The parking is out front of the home on the street, and it’s a new, safe neighborhood. We have a backyard with a patio, chairs, and grill, it’s not a private area, but you can use it if you like. If a guest is staying long enough to need to do laundry, it’s in our main home, and could be arranged. Other things to note While we do allow pets, that is generally restricted to dogs. Please contact us about your dog, and we can make arrangements within your listing to accommodate. We have accommodated a few cats on request.
