Beautiful 40 m² in Malakoff, near Paris 😍

✨ COUPLE, FRIENDS, SOLO: a memorable stay ✨ Discover without delay my 40 m² apartment located in the center of Malakoff, a few steps from Paris (14th arr.), shops, the exhibition center and transport. A tastefully refurbished apartment, in an old building, overlooking a cul-de-sac. A comfortable bed, a sofa bed and all the amenities are at your disposal for a pleasant stay: hair dryer, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and much more... The space On the second floor without elevator of a three-story building, you will enjoy the charm of the old, with beautiful parquet, refurbished and well maintained. In the bedroom, a 140 cm bed with an excellent mattress (Teddyber) will allow you to rest. A space in the closet will be dedicated to you. The bathroom is perfectly thought out and functional. It is sober, very bright and brightened by some plants. Towels are provided and care products are at your disposal. In the large living room-kitchen, you will enjoy modern amenities to concoct good dishes for your loved ones. You will have a large fridge, a very comfortable sofa (convertible), a desk area, a TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. You are a few minutes' walk from the metro and tram, and have all the essential shops at the bottom of the building: bakeries, butcher, greengrocer, cheese maker, local products, and even a supermarket. Guest access The apartment is located close to metro line 13, tram line T3a. Many buses pass nearby (lines 58, 89, 95, 126, 191, 194, 323, 388, 391, Noctilien N63). I'll arrange to facilitate your arrival and departure. Flexible on schedules, the key will be - depending on the case - delivered in person, dropped off at a neighbor's, or picked up from an automatic concierge. Please let me know if you have any late/early check-in requests when booking. Other things to note I live with a cat. Obviously, during your stay it will not be there, and the cleaning will have been done. But if you're really allergic to pet hair, my apartment may not be a place where you feel perfectly comfortable :-)
