Relax in Cornwall with the family at 'The Milestone', a central location for a holiday. Sandy beaches 15 mins drive. Truro city centre 10 min drive. Both Treliske Hospital and Duchy Hospital 3mins away. Modern semi-detatched bungalow in quiet residential area, minutes from the countryside. Sleeps 4 guests. 2 bedrooms, one superking, one has twin beds. Kitchen fully equipped. Wetroom. Private garden. Large TV lounge. Spacious off-road parking. Good public transport links, all linen provided The space The milestone is a semi detached bungalow with a good sized garden front and back. We are near the milestone that marks 3 miles from Truro. Hence our name! The property is light, bright and sunny with generous sized rooms. The entrance hallway leads to a twin bedroom in the front of the house with a lounge directly opposite. Then there is the master bedroom which is a dual aspect room with one window having views out to the double drive at the side of the house and another window to the back garden. The wet room is at the end of the hall. Opposite the master bedroom is the entrance to our kitchen which leads into our conservatory. From the conservatory you can access an enclosed back garden, there is also a side gate.See our Instagram @milestonecornwall . Guest access You will have the entire bungalow and double drive plus the front and back garden to yourself for your stay. There is a double garage and a garden shed on the other side of the 6 foot garden fence which is owned by us and which will not be available to you. We often access this but it has a separate entrance so that your side is entirely private and for your use only. We will not access the bungalow or your garden during your visit without prearrangement with you, eg for a mid stay clean if you are staying for over a week. Other things to note The Milestone is in a busy village and although it’s fairly quiet you should expect the normal everyday noises of life. The bungalow is semi detached so if you are quiet you can sometimes hear sounds like the TV from next door. There is a local primary school just at the end of the road so at pick up and drop off times the road gets filled with parents parking to collect their children. Obviously they can’t park on the drive but for 20 mins at either end of the school day the otherwise quiet road gets busy.
