Relax on the front and back porches with views of he farm and cattle grazing in the pastures or maybe sitting around the fire pit suites you! It’s a five-six minute drive to uptown Athens or a 20-25 minute drive to Hocking Hills. This is a gem nestled in the rolling Appalachian hills. Property includes front and back porches, fire pit, picnic table, benches and large parking area. Farm house includes entire living area (kitchen, large living room, 3 bedrooms, laundry/bathroom etc.) Entire house and outside living spaces. We live onsite and are accessible at any time. Eight miles to Ohio University (Athens), approximately 3 miles to OU Airport, Lake Snowden is next door, and it is approximately a twenty-twenty five minute drive to Hocking Hills. Plenty of parking. Taxi service is available and Uber and Lyft should be available soon. The farm is mostly a quiet, calm and peaceful place with a few moos from our special bovines roaming around the pasture. Throughout their day they may wander up to the fence and wait for you to feed them a piece of bread, (or several loaves...) their favorite snack. Lake Snowden is right next door for outside activities such as kayaking, hiking, fishing, swimming etc.
