Engulfed in glorious sights of the snow-capped Himalayas, each room on the second floor promises blissful panoramic views of Mussoorie and Dehradun. The quaint surroundings are complemented by the delicately manicured lawns on the premises, complete with seating arrangements and overlooking serene landscapes. The space The immaculate indoor spaces are adorned with classic furnishings and a spread of modern amenities to ensure a memorable stay experience. Solace and solitude guaranteed, Albert Estate is your perfect mountainside getaway. Albert Estate is special because of its: - Serene location, amidst sweeping views from the second floor - Rustic interiors with comfortable furnishings - Spacious indoor spaces - Proximity to the Mall Road - Private, lush lawns We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 1 car This is not a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor. - All bedrooms offer an array of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a heater, electric kettle, king-sized beds, designated workstation, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms overlook the majestic mountains. - The guests will have to climb around 22 stairs to access the bedrooms at the property. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms in the cottage. - All bathrooms have separate dressing areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries apart from a shaving kit and dental kit. INDOOR AREAS - There are 2 expansive living rooms - 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. - Both living rooms offer comfortable sofa-style seating for up to 8 people and are equipped with Wi-Fi and a heater. - The living room on the second floor opens up to the balcony, furnished with seating arrangements and overlooking gorgeous views. - There is a separate dining room, featuring a circular dining table with seating for up to 6 people. OUTDOOR AREAS - The exteriors of the villa boast a sprawling lush green lawn, 1000 sq. ft. in size. - It can seat up to 10 people. KITCHEN - There is a centralized kitchen, however, guests do not have access to the kitchen. - There is a fridge available in this kitchen that caters for all units. - The Water Purifier is not available in the unit but is available in the common kitchen which caters to all 3 units. FOOD - All meals will be provided at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, guests can unwind and relax in solitude. Wake up to the sweet song of birds chirping. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn, amidst the misty breeze. Devour the beautiful sights from the balcony. Enjoy outdoor activities with your loved ones. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Barbecue will be provided at an additional cost. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! -The guests will have to climb around 80 stairs to access the bedrooms at the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas. - In case of a power outage, an inverter is available. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Games are not available on the property.
