Guest access Free parking on the street is available, however guests are reminded to be considerate of others’ parking needs. Parking on the street operates on a first come basis and preference should be given to residents. Other things to note Guests will have access to the entire house, except two closets within the home. Garden furniture will only be available during good weather in the spring, summer, and autumn months. Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the property. There is a smokers' pole in the back garden by the shed where cigarette butts can be disposed. Cigarette butts must not be discarded around the outdoor area. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in loss of deposit. As this terraced house is in a residential neighbourhood, guests are kindly requested to refrain from parties and loud music during their stay. A noise abatement exists in the neighbourhood between the hours of 23:00 - 07:00. Occupancy by more guests than the number of beds available (5) is strictly forbidden and not allowed under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in loss of deposit.
