Covered, heated terrace, one bathroom. Bed linen and towels included. Oslofjord Convention Center under 1 km away. Drop-off at the door, parking 200 m away. The space House: bright living room with fjord views, equipped kitchen (induction hob, Dolce Gusto, kettle), main bedroom (double bed + baby cot), kids' room (bunk bed + extra mattress). Bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and dryer. Underfloor heating in every room, Smart TV, board games. Outside: small room by the terrace (single bed), separate annex (double bed), covered terrace with 4 heaters, sun loungers, barbecue. Guest access The whole place is yours: house, terrace room, annex, garden, terraces, hot tub, paddle board (life jackets provided) and barbecue. Self check-in with a key box. You can stop at the door to unload; parking is 200 m away (map provided). Joker grocery store in Melsomvik, shopping centre and pharmacy in Stokke, Stokke train station nearby. Other things to note The hot tub is kept at around 30 °C: turn up the temperature on arrival so it can heat up. No food or drinks in it. The fireplace is decorative only and must not be used. One bathroom for 7 people. Rubbish: please use the waste area next to the parking (map in the booklet), never the neighbours' bins. Nearby: coastal path (Kyststien), golf, horse riding, Oslofjord Arena. No smoking. Please respect the neighbours.
