This attractive 2- bedroom townhouse has been extensively renovated to offer a modern-living, luxury feel in a much sought-after location close to Adelaide City. A short 15 minute walk will take you to Norwood Parade with a multitude of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops to cater for all your dining and entertainment needs. Family and pet friendly, private and quiet, it will feel like a home away from home. Featuring two double bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with stone bench tops, polished concrete floors, flat screen TV, private courtyard, all your needs are met and you won't want to leave. The courtyard is fully secure for your little furry paws, and pet bowls are provided for your convenience. A beautiful community garden is available at the rear of the property. The space is great for a picnic and the kids can run around while you can sit back and relax. Across the road is Borthwick Park - a beautiful native park that is dog friendly with two playgrounds and BBQ facilities available. A short stroll around the corner on High Street is the local swimming pool with lap lanes and a shaded kiddies pool available for families and kids - a perfect day out over summer. Guest access Guests will be able to access the property using the key lock box. Parking in the driveway is available for one vehicle with no height limit. There is also a visitor parking if you have a second car. Other things to note We are a family-friendly home so most things that your littlies may need such as a highchair, port-a-cot, safety stair gate, safety bed rail and children plates and crockery are available on the property for your convenience. Please note, we do not provide bed linen for the port-a-cot, so please bring them along with you. We are pet-friendly! We welcome one small, well-trained furry guest and they are more than welcome inside, however please refrain from letting them go upstairs or use the sofa. Please note, we do not have a doggy-door, so leaving them unattended for long periods of time is not recommended.
