50 Shades of Blue of Pointe D´Esny
Description
The villa is close to public transport facility and to the airport. You will enjoy the view on the blue lagoon as well as the spot as a whole. Located in a quiet, private family setting in the middle of a tropical garden, the villa has 5 neighboring houses. “50 Shades of Blue” is nicely decorated, comfortable and cosy. You won’t resist the invitation of the turquoise lagoon with its crystalline waters and its rumbling coral reefs in the distance. The space A few meters separate the villa from the beach. You’ll hear the constant distant rumbling of the waves breaking on the coral reef barrier, and at times during the day the soft songs of birds in a blue and green relaxed setting. Early morning sunrise is a great start to the day, and the occasional full moon rise over the silvery lagoon can be spectacular providing the sky is clear. This beautiful lagoon can be discovered in a variety of ways - sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. Guest access You will enter the family compound through an alley of green and colorful plants and trees prior to reaching your villa, whose size is 317m2. Once there, you will have access to the car port and veranda then to the kitchen and the entire house - unless you choose to enter through the main entrance on the side of the house. The front veranda of the house overlooks the turquoise lagoon and leads you to the private garden and the kiosk. From there, you reach the beach and the lagoon. Due to the privacy nature of the family compound, you will be kindly requested to refrain from wandering outside your own private garden into the other gardens of the compound. Other things to note Do bring with you your swimming and/or snorkeling gears to fully enjoy the lagoon. We do leave some odd equipment inside the villa just in case. Also your sunscreen products and equipment to avoid unpleasant surprises. You will receive from your hosts prior to your arrival a description of the villa, how to reach there, its functioning, the do’s and dont’s, etc. On another note, there is new Tourism Tax that has been introduced by our government effective 1st of October 2025. Airbnb cannot collect this taxon my behalf, so you will have to pay me directly, either cash in euro upon your arrival or by bank transfer to my European bank account (whose details I will communicate when the time comes). This Tourism Tax stipulates that each guest of 12 years old and above is to pay per night 3 euros.
