Our magnificent lake house overlooks the caribbean like waters of Bear Lake. The Reserve is a private resort with pool, hot tub, clubhouse, exercise facilities, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and pristine sandy beaches. Come see for yourself! The space Welcome to Paradise Point, a parade home award winner located in the exclusive Reserve subdivision of Fish Haven, Idaho! Just 4 miles past the Utah border on the west side of the lake, you will fall in love with our breathtaking views, magnificent home, and amazing amenities. Our spacious 7 bedroom 4 ½ bathroom home has beds for 32 guests. You will find comfortable gathering areas on each of the 3 floors, a large covered deck, a covered patio, a gas firepit seating area, and a large driveway for up to 12 vehicles. With streaming music to each of the 6 indoor and outdoor zones you will love relaxing, chatting, or just chilling. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for up to 40 guests and with 3 full size fridges, and a beverage fridge, there will be plenty of room for all your food. We have separate zoned AC units for all our upstairs areas ensuring all guests will be completely comfortable during hot summer months. With 8 TV’s, Apple TV, Netflix, Roku, Xbox, foosball, ping pong table, arcade style games, and an indoor basketball challenge your kids and family will never be bored. The Reserve clubhouse is close enough that you can walk to it but far enough away that you won’t be bothered by the noise that comes from people gathered there. With 2 large pools, a slide, splash pad, oversized hot tub, sun decks, pergolas, loungers, exercise gym, treadmills, stationary bikes, kitchen, fridge, BBQ grille, indoor & outdoor gathering areas, outdoor fireplace, bathrooms, showers, basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, frisbee golf, and outdoor playground there is something for everyone to enjoy inside the Reserve. Our neighborhood private beach is just a ½ mile drive from the home and is an ideal place for family to gather to enjoy a day on the lake or a game of beach volleyball. When the water is lower, you can drive your vehicles right to the water’s edge and there is plenty of space to spread out along the sandy beach. Please note that our private beach will not have a sandy beach when the water level is high and during those times that lake levels are high, we do recommend that our guests drive to North Beach instead which is just 15 minutes away. two covered wooden pavilions and a volleyball net. Our main floor is where you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, large counter island, powder bathroom, laundry room, master bedroom with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and walk in closet. Just off the kitchen is our large covered deck with BBQ Grille and outdoor seating. Upstairs is a game room with a queen sofa sleeper, 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share 1 bathroom, and a large bunk room that has beds for 10 twin beds and 2 queen sofa sleepers and an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs is our family room with a queen sofa sleeper, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds, a bathroom and an outdoor patio with access to the yard and the firepit.
