The Garden Spot - Apartment - is beautiful, quiet, clean with a private entrance that includes sitting area and hot tub with a view to lovely fenced butterfly garden and birds. This kitchenette apartment is attached to the main house but completely closed off from main house. Located at a cul-de-sac in a waterfront, residential area that gives access to a variety of South Florida locales and attractions. Lake Osborne access. One mile west of I-95, excellent restaurants, great shopping, lovely beaches, airports, awesome fishing, fun boating, surfing, sailing, adventurous jet sking, parasailing, casinos, parks, zoo, horse back riding and walking trails. A good base for exploring Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Lantana, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, Manalapan, Delray Beach, Wellington, the Everglades & the west coast. Free Wi-Fi, Kuerig Hot, 2 large, flat screen tv’s w/satellite cable and much more of everything you need for a cozy and comfortable get-away! SPECIAL NOTE - Just in case someone suffers from dog allergies the main house is home to two large and friendly dogs that are kept separate from apartment area.
