Lush grounds, private hot tub & shower in redwoods *$50 pet fee per dog **The river has seasonal use & conditions. Boats & dock typically in the River from May until October. BOATS CURRENTLY INCLUDE TWO SIT ON ON-TOP KAYAKS, ONE CANOE, AND ONE ROW BOAT. The space This property consists of a main house and a detached cottage and private riverfront grounds along a bend in the Russian River between Guerneville and Monte Rio. On the first level of the main home, there's a grand entrance/music room, which opens to three bedrooms two of which are river front bedrooms, and a half bath (three queen beds in the bedrooms on this level). The second level has an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, and a full bathroom with large tiled shower. There's a spacious riverfront deck with BBQ grill and outdoor dining table and chairs and stairs leading down to the lush grounds in the majestic redwoods. The third level has an open loft area for TV lounging and a dedicated work space nook with a desk, a master bedroom (queen bed) with spectacular river views and full bathroom with tub/shower, and a second river front bedroom (queen bed). From the yard by the house, steps lead down to a fun outdoor bar, more steps down to a (seasonal) riverside lawn/patio seating area. From the (seasonal) patio and lawn, there are stairs down to the seasonal dock. Across the driveway from the house, there is a gazebo with hot tub and outdoor shower nestled in the redwoods. Just beyond the gazebo, on the other side of the property, there's a sleeping (queen bed) cottage with its own deck (about 300' from the house) and full bathroom. The three bedrooms on first floor in the main house have: one king and two queen beds. Third floor has two bedrooms each with queen beds. Main house is approximately 2800sf. Short drive to Northwood Golf Course, Guerneville, Monte Rio, the ocean, and California's best wineries. PLEASE REMEMBER ONLY 12 GUEST ARE ALLOWED TO STAY AT HOUSE. NO WEDDINGS, NO LARGE PARTIES, NO COMPANY FUNCTIONS OR PARTIES OF MORE THEN THE 12 BOOKED GUESTS. IF THE HOUSE IS RENTED WITH MORE THEN 12 GUESTS, A SEPARATE CHARGE OF $900.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR A SEPTIC TANK CLEAN-OUT. NO EXCEPTIONS. Note: fireplaces can only be operated by a on/orr switch. Guests need to take precautions when handling the fireplaces. $50 pet fee for each dog Guest access The house, cottage, parking, and grounds are all private and yours, there are no other people on property while you stay. Other things to note The house is all set with towels and linens; the kitchen is well equipped. Coffee is a drip (no cappuccino maker). The stove is a 6 burner Bertazzoni gas range and the kitchen has one large and one small refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is a gas grill on the deck adjacent to the kitchen/dining. Short drive along the scenic Russian River to Northwood Golf Course, Guerneville, Monte Rio, the spectacular California coast, the ocean, and California's best restaurants and wineries. The are all not operating but there as a deterrent for break ins. Please know they are not operating and no sound is recorded. I do have a house manager across the street. In case of loud noise or music the manager might enter the property to request the guest to be complaint to local noise laws.
