The location opposite the ski slope and 200 meters from the public swimming pool makes the house the ideal holiday destination for a wide audience. Skiing in winter, hiking, swimming, sauna, mountain biking, doing nothing and enjoying the sun on the spacious terrace with a south-facing location... there is something for everyone. And if you go on winter sports with the kids... the local ski school gives ski lessons on the slopes opposite the house. The village center of Kötschach-Mauthen is easily accessible on foot from Villa Sonnenpiste and has 3 large supermarkets and a number of cozy shops and restaurants. You won't be lacking anything... The house: Villa Sonnenpiste is a luxurious, cozy home that is also fully basemented! As a result, the house consists of 3 floors, so there is a lot of space in the house! The basement can also be reached from the outside with a staircase, which is very nice in winter for storing the ski equipment. On the ground floor, you enter the spacious hall where the toilet and extra shower room are located. Through the hall you walk through to the cozy living room with an open kitchen! The seating area is cozy and decorated to the owners' own taste with a spacious three-seater sofa and three luxurious armchairs! There is a satellite TV and a wood-burning stove. At the large dining table there are 8 comfortable dining room chairs! Note: There is a high chair for children from the moment they can sit and a high chair for children from 3 years. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a spacious fridge with freezer compartment. Kettle and filter coffee maker are also available in the kitchen. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. These all have a double bed and large wardrobe. Two bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the slopes! The bathroom on this floor has a bath, shower, toilet and double sink! In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and washing rack that you can use, and there is an extra bedroom with bunk bed and pull-out bed! In a separate room, the owner has a large billiard table that you can use. The house can be equipped with stair gates! These are not attached as standard, so please indicate at the time of booking if you wish to use them. The housekeeper can then confirm them before your arrival! There are 2 camping beds with mattress in the house! Bedding for this must be brought by yourself. There is a large carport at the house, and the spacious terrace has a table with chairs! There are 2 sun loungers in the house and 2 large parasols. Please note: to enter the house, 2 steps must be taken! Guest access Under the spacious carport, 2 cars can be covered! If there are more cars, there is a large parking lot across from the house that can be used! Other things to note Bed linen: Mandatory rental of bed linen and towel package per person (one large and one small towel). This service costs €25.00 p.p. and then you will have freshly made beds upon arrival.
