A Two bedroom access for your Guest Suite on the ground floor, with two private bathrooms & private entry in a Historic Villa by the Sea. Lush garden views, pool, 10 min walk to the best beach in Barcelona, 5 min walk to train station with easy connections to Barcelona, Sitges & Castelldefelds. Equipped kitchen: kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery and outdoor grill. Dishwasher / Laundry machines with clothes line. The space Spanish Villa from the 40's recently restored/renovated nestled into the base of the mountains of the Garraf Nature Preserve, in front of the sea. Relax by the pool and enjoy the sea and lush garden views. Access hiking trails just down the street. Great for business travelers looking to escape the hustle of the city, in a peaceful setting. Or for families, we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your use, as well as a travel cot available. The garden does have potential for road noise as the coast road is just in front of the property. Ideal for families, baby kit available upon request (cot, high chair, toys & more). We can also coordinate activities like private or group yoga, guided hikes, cooking classes, Stand Up Paddle (SUP), and more at an additional cost. Guest access A short walk gets you to the train station where you can hop on a train to Sitges (7 min); Castelldefelds, or smack in the heart of Barcelona (30 min) Passege de Gracia! Other things to note Garden & pool area may or may not be shared with my family or other guests in the adjoining property. Potential for road noise in the garden as the coast road is just in front of the property. A second queen size bedroom with an additional full bathroom is available upon request to accommodate an additional 2 people.
