It is situated in the Leptos Kings Palace complex which is one of the very best in Paphos. It is completely private. The apartment is 129 m2 with 2 balconies - On large balcony facing the pool and another smaller available from the master bedroom. This coastal apartment complex has palm trees, fresh sea breezes, and beautiful facilities. It commands views over both the sea and the extensive landscaped gardens. It is exclusively furnished and the whole apartment is in excellent condition. There is AC throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. It features a master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps etc, en suite bathroom and its own balcony. There are two other bedrooms each with 2 single beds and both rooms open up onto the large 40 m2 balcony with excellent views of both the sea and the pool. All amenities within walking distance – shops and restaurants are around the corner, the Kings Palace complex is just over the coastal road from a small beach. This beach is rarely crowded but the sea here has strong currents so swimming is not advised. The main beach where swimming is perfectly safe is 15 minutes’ walk from the property. It is walking distance to town. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Tomb of the Kings is a 5 minute walk. From the local beach there is a sea-front walk all the way into Paphos Harbour and tourist area. A large swimming pool and a separate children´s pool are situated in the gardens with adjoining showers and toilets. The whole garden and pool area are car-free. The large balcony has a table and seating for 12 as well as 6 sun loungers. This first floor apartment is reached by lift or the large stairway. The complex has free parking.
