Family-friendly apartment & garden in Eimsbüttel

We rent out our family-friendly, approximately 110 m² old apartment in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel. We live in the apartment ourselves, but like to travel and rent it out during this time. The apartment is on the first floor, so it includes a small, private garden with two terraces. The subway stop is right next to the house, and Osterstraße with its many shopping opportunities is within walking distance. There are cozy cafes nearby. The space Kitchen: The heart of the apartment is a cozy eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, baking utensils, dishwasher, etc. Bedroom: There is a bedroom with a cozy double bed, another bedroom with a pull-out bed and a children's room with a bunk bed and a sleeping chair. The bunk bed's lying area is large enough for adults. Under the bunk bed there is a sleeping chair, which can also be converted into a bed. If more than 6 sleeping places are needed, there is a possibility that one person will sleep on the sofa in the living room. The apartment also has a garden with two terraces. Guest access An office space is closed because business documents are located here. We ask for your understanding. Other things to note No smoking. Pets only on request. Since this is a private home, we ask for consideration for the neighbors. In many parts of Hamburg there is residents' parking, as well as in our immediate neighborhood. We can apply for a guest parking pass that entitles you to park on the street for 2.50 euros per day. Alternatively, there is free parking 10 minutes' walk away.
