Lakefront home is unique! Relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and the lake yet still within the city limits. It is situated on what was once an island (at the end of a private gravel drive). Your room is a private waterfront suite. The home has water views from all windows. This shared space will accommodate 2 guests in a queen bed. Arrangements can be made for 2 additional guests in an adjoining second bedroom sharing the Jack and Jill bath. Charging $50 for 2nd room. Common spaces shared. The space You'll have a bedroom with a full lake view, and a connected full bathroom suite. Additional bedroom can be made available for up to 2 more guests (Connected bedroom with shared bathroom suite). Bedroom/bathroom are a completely private wing of the house. Second bedroom only rented with first bedroom booking, $50/per night additional. This home's septic system has an upflush pump, PLease only toilet paper in toilets. The setting here is safe and secluded but you are just minutes away from the best of Battle Creek (shopping, dining, entertainment...) Enjoy a sand beach, patio with fire table and dine on the deck. Great space for gathering and enjoy the views of the water on this all sports lake. Nearby public boat launch is available if you would like to bring your own boat. Guest access Bedroom & bathroom are a completely private wing of the house. The other areas of the house are shared space. Enjoy our fully updated Kitchen for cooking, (refrigerator space is available) and laundry room. Additional spaces included sun room, living room and bar as well as use of the grounds and lake access. Hot tub and kayaks (2) available seasonally.. There is a lovely restaurant that is situated on the lake (URL HIDDEN) During your stay I am available as your host as much or as little as you wish. Communication is the best way to make the most of your stay and requests may be made in advance. Other things to note Longer term arrangements can be made for people working projects in the Battle Creek area. This maybe convenient when spending some time both here and at your personal residence.
