Open floor concept with two bedrooms on an upper landing, and a large bathroom. Exposed beams, hardwood floors, granite/butcher block countertops, walk-in shower, claw foot tub, I could keep going. Enjoy the wonderful wildlife which include bald eagles, osprey, beavers, ducks and many more. If you’re hungry, you can order delicious pizza from a real Sicilian in town or fine dine at the Accomac Inn which is just a 5 minute walk down river. Perfect road for a walk, run, or bike ride. This place is truly a relaxing home away from the everyday hustle. Please come enjoy. Close to major highways and sits between Lancaster and York (20 minute drives). The space All of the upper living space. Please do not use garage or back basement door. Guest access Please enjoy all the living space as well as the decks and patio. Parking is directly across from the house. Please be careful when parking and taking stairs. Other things to note Septic system is older then you and much more particular. Please only flush the toilet paper provided. Thank you!
