Preplanning can allow for a number of advance sleeping arrangements and room configurations, but there are two bedrooms - 1 queen and 1 full. Guest access Most of the house is accessible. There is a separate basement apartment that will be off limits and there is a strict no access policy for the brick well in the garden.
