Near Aqua Planet,Clark Safari, Clark Airport, Hotels w/Casino,Dinosaurs Island,Korean Town,SM Clark,SCTEX,NLEX Angeles Exit, Balibago Business & Night Life District,Fields Avenue & Walking Street & more.The compound has a 24/7 stay-in guard & caretaker to assist you w/ your needs The space The villa is a private, modern, cozy villa with: • 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms. (1 bedroom on the first floor and 4 on the second floor). 5 queen beds. • 1 extra powder room at the ground floor for visitors not staying overnight. • Living room with couch, aircondition, TV and Videoke. • Dining area with 6-10 seaters near the living room. • Kitchen area with stove, microwave, refrigerator. • Towels, Hot & Cold Shower. • Parking Spaces for 1-3 cars or more (street parking). • The Villa also has a fast fiber wifi. • The Villa has it's own private pool around 4-5ft deep. Guest access Aside from the villa itself, you can use the swimming pool between 7am-12mn. Karaoke/Videoke until 11pm. Clark Parade Grounds/Park nearby. Other things to note Reminder: Please bring your own rice cooker, kitchen utensils, kitchen wares, plates, spoon and fork, glass, BBQ grill, etc. If you need one, the villa office has but with extra charge. Bring also your own mineral water. For extra persons that need extra beddings and floor mattresses, the villa doesn't have it, but we know someone where to rent floor mattresses and beddings.
