Other things to note Please agree before booking the Pyoseon Mansion! - Check-in 17:00 PM - 21:00 PM, Check-out 11:00 AM ​ - Standard 2 people, Maximum 2 people (including infants and toddlers). If the number of guests exceeds the standard, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per night will be incurred. If the number of guests increases, please inform the host in charge of the reception in advance and pay for the additional guests. - Long-term stay utilities If you stay more than 7 nights, utilities will be incurred. Utility bills are 5,000 won per night. If you stay 7 nights, the utility bill is 35,000 won, and if you stay for 14 nights, the utility bill is 70,000 won. Utilities include electricity/water/internet and are charged on a daily basis. Please follow the prompts in the confirmation message. - For short-term stays (6 nights or less), we will prepare 2 towels per person per day. (Example: If you stay for 2 nights, we will prepare 4 tickets per person.) - For long-term stays (7 nights or more), we will prepare 6 towels per person. - You must prepare privately other than the supplies paid for when you check in. - 50,000 won cleaning fee will be charged if you request to clean the room during your stay. - If you request a change of bedding during your stay, you will be charged 15,000 won for each set of bedding (sheets, duvet, pillowcase). - If you request additional bedding, a fee of 25,000 won will be incurred per set of bedding (floor mattress, duvet, pillow). (Floor mattress 15,000 KRW) - Substitute reservations and transfers of accommodation to others are not allowed. Please be aware that these are the minimum rules for providing guests with a consistently comfortable accommodation. Please note that if you do not comply with the house rules below, you will be removed immediately without a refund of the accommodation fee. - Please observe the number of guests agreed in advance. - Cooking with strong smells is not allowed inside the accommodation. - Because it is rural, bugs such as flies can go in between for a while, so please close the front door when entering and exiting. - We carry out monthly quarantine. Nevertheless, it is a space that coexists with nature, so sometimes bugs can come out. Refunds for accommodation due to bugs are not possible. - Please refrain from making too much noise that disturbs the surroundings. - All utensils in the accommodation space have been carefully crafted and collected to provide the best service to our guests. Please take care of it with a beautiful heart. We check the facilities and equipment every time after guests leave. In case of damage to all facilities and fixtures, you will be charged 100% for reimbursement, so please be sure to let us know before you leave. - Strictly no parties or events, pets, smoking, or use of fire hazard supplies. - Commercial filming without prior consultation is not allowed. - Guests are responsible for storing valuables in the house. The host is not responsible for the loss of valuables, so please keep your personal valuables on your own.
