Small haven of calm where you can spend a family vacation around the pool and the sunny terrace. House is great for a family of 4. You will have all the amenities for your comfort including bicycles, board games, a barbecue... Our house is located at the gates of Toulouse (15'), and less than 1 hour from all the major sites in the region such as Carcassonne Albi for day trips. The space A house where leisure is king for the pleasure of young and old : swimming pool where you can dive (6 m x 4 m x 1.45 m), buoy, 2 bicycles, board games, DVD. Our little cat Charlie, very sweet and usually outside, will just come for a few hugs and some kibble. Within walking distance (5') of shops (bakery, butcher, grocery, newspapers, chocolate maker, hairdressers...) Guest access Guests will have the entire house at their disposal. Other things to note As you may have noticed, I don't charge a cleaning fee. On the other hand, I'm counting on you to leave the house clean when you leave. All necessary equipment is left on site. If this is not the case, €100 will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cleaning is a problem for you, please let me know at the time of booking. Thank you
