Pets love it here The space White water rafting, kayaking, skiing, hiking, biking, dirt bike riding, motorcycling, 4 wheeling and adventure are all very close. If you enjoy wine tasting or brewery hopping or golfing. Just 5 minutes away from shopping and dining in historic downtown Placerville. This place has the location that will make your stay awesome! Whatever your passion is, we are centrally located on the river for a wonderful getaway. Guest access Guests will have to have a gate code to enter the property via vehicle. The outdoor patio and private Casita is for your use. You will have access to our private beach and river front. Other things to note Guests have the Casita to themselves including the front gated area. Guests are encouraged to walk to the river but you can drive. The Wade family uses the garages on both sides of the Casita so please park in the middle at the front gate. Please respect the Wade's privacy by using only the Casita and the riverfront property.
