It has 2 bathrooms with shower and an additional ½ bathroom off the living area, as well as a laundry area and kitchen. Guest access The Beach house gives you access to the pool from which there is an unparalleled view where it joins the sea and infinity pool, Jacuzzis, sauna, steam bath and gym. It has private parking. Other things to note REGULATION OF OUR PROPERTIES 1) SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the property. Smoking marijuana or consuming any type of psycho-active substance is absolutely prohibited throughout the property. Ignoring these rules will generate a fine equivalent to the value of one night. 2) Out of respect to the neighbors please listen to music at a moderate volume. The use of sound equipment inside the property at high volumes that disturb the tranquility of the neighbors is not allowed. It is prohibited to have parties or play music after 10 PM at night (22 Hours). Security personal are authorized to call the police in case of any violation. 3) The rules of the building do not allow visitors; only people who are registered as registered guests are allowed to enter. The list of guests must be sent one day before arrival. 4) It is prohibited to remove any item from the property, such as towels, sheets, plates, cutlery, chairs, tvs, etc. 5) All our properties are private. The owners are not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that occurs during the guest’s stay on the property. In addition, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the loss of personal items and valuables that may occur during your stay. 6) Precautions should be taken not to stain and / or damage the sheets and towels. If the sheets or towels are stained and / or damaged at the time of Check Out, the guest must pay the value of the item at new. The stained and / or damaged item can be taken from the property by the guest. 7) It is forbidden to hang carpets, clothes, towels, sheets, signs, notices, posters and other similar elements on external walls, doors, windows, balconies or common areas.- 8) It is forbidden to haves BBQs. 9) PETS are not allowed. 10) It is totally forbidden to host a musical group and / or orchestra, the use of radios, TVs and sound equipment in the common areas, or in the properties. 11) Activities that involve the use of balls, bicycles, or any other item that may cause damage to ornaments or the breaking of glass in common areas of the property will not be allowed. 12) Guests who have caused damages and have not paid for them will not be allowed to leave the property. Only when the full payment corresponding to the damages has been made will they be allowed to leave the property. 13) Check out must be done at the stipulated time (11 AM).
