Private room and bath in quaint neighborhood

We offer a quiet place to rest your head, at our beautiful home located just 1/2 mile from the Denver Light Rail Station (G-Line). Easy access to downtown Denver, Old Town Arvada, and a stone's throw away from i-70 to get up to the mountains! We have a great patio to grill out and enjoy the "300 days of sunshine!", and there are numerous beautiful parks, trails, greenways, and lakes nearby... all within walking or biking distance! The space You will have access to your guest bedroom/bathroom, the entry room/reading area, dining room, back patio, and limited use of the kitchen. Guest access You will be located in the upstairs guest bedroom, which is a cozy little room with a queen size bed, a sizable closet, and your own private bathroom. Other things to note This is a smoke free house. Thanks!
