The space This property belongs to one complex of three apartments and shared spaces with other guests and tenants such as the entrance, patio and laundry room. This particular listing includes one bed, one bathroom, a living room, and one kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a cable TV, nightstand with two drawers, closet with extra towels and an iron, a queen bed with linens, a ceiling fan and an AC. Inside the bedroom is the bathroom with a full shower, toilet and sink. The living room and kitchen share the same space: the living room has a sofa and AC, and alongside it you’ll find the kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, two stovetops, pans, utensils and essentials are included. The laundry space is shared and equipped with one washing machine and one dryer. Additionally, in case of power outages, emergencies and tropical storms, it has a solar battery, solar panel system, and water cistern/reserve. Guest access All guests who have booked this listing can have access to both the apartment and the patio and laundry area. Guests cannot access the roof by the stairs on apartment 3. Other things to note This community is in an active urban area. Guests may experience typical ambient noise from traffic, nearby businesses, neighbors, or the surrounding community. Puerto Rico is a tropical environment where nature and insects are normal, even with regular professional pest control. While we take preventive measures, complete elimination of insects is not possible. This is disclosed in advance to support informed booking decisions. Private parking is not available and free street parking can become limited on busy weekdays. The neighborhood is walkable, with parks, beaches, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, fast foods by 5 and 10 min distance. We highly recommend using public and private transportation such as the bus, taxis, Uber and Lyft in order to travel outside the Santurce area. For stays longer than five days, amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and kitchen products (coffee, salt, oil) are not replenished/replaced. For stays longer than two weeks, extra towels, sheets and pillows are not provided and must be washed and cared for by the guest.
