The space The apartment is located in an old house typical of historic Montpellier (the building was built in the 1500s), there are no other neighbors or occupants in the building, you will be totally alone and quiet. This is a very atypical apartment with stairs that will not be suitable for everyone, it should be taken into account if you have any mobility concerns. The historic center of Montpellier is off-limits to car, so we do not have a parking space. The nearest paid parking is the Peyrou Pitôt car park which is about 5 minutes walk away. The area of the apartment is about 50m square spread over 3 floors. Bed size is 140x190cm New for 2026: - The stairs have been completely redone with the addition of a handrail for added safety. - Installation of a second air conditioner for extra comfort. Guest access You will have access to the entire building.
