Our street is quiet and safe, perfect for parking with no issues. Look for the big tree in front of the building and the white door marked with #5 to easily identify our entrance. 🕓 Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If you require an early check-in, please let us know so we can accommodate your request as we sometimes have same day change over. Check- in between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., there is an additional charge of 600 MXN Pesos. 🔑 Keys: We will meet you at the building to hand over the keys to your unit. We appreciated if you could contact us when you're on your way to Playa del Carmen or when you're near the building to coordinate the handover. Other things to note To keep our prices low and as a deterrent for guests to leave the AC's and lights on when they are not inside the property, we have the following rules: 1.⁠ ⁠Electricity consumption for Vacation Rentals: Each reservations includes up to 20 kw per day (enough energy to get through a typical day). The guest will pay for any usage above this amount at the rate the Mexican electricity company charges us. We provide a digital document at check-in which includes a photograph of the initial reading of the electricity meter and the updated document at check-out including a photograph of the final reading and the amount to be paid. 2.⁠ ⁠Utilities payments Long Term: For reservations of 28 or more days the guest will be responsible for paying the complete electricity, corresponding to the usage during his/her stay. We will send a picture of the electricity meter at check-in and will provide a digital copy of the official utility bill at check-out as a proof of the amount to be paid. For reservations of 2 months or more, the guest will be responsible for paying all the utilities (electricity, water, internet, and propane). Thanks in advance for understanding!
