Le Lavachet has a good selection of shops and services, and is just a few minutes walk to Tignes le lac. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms making it an ideal choice for families and small groups. The space Apartment Location Roches Rouges C is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Le Lavachet, it is just 100 metres to the bus stop for the free shuttle bus and it is right next to the piste, allowing for excellent access for skiing, snowboarding and getting around the rest of the resort. Lavachet has a supermarket, bakery, lift pass office, our partner ski and snowboard hire shop Tignes Spirit, and several bars and restaurants. Tignes le lac is just 6-7 minutes on foot from Lavachet, or a short trip on the free shuttle bus. Apartment Description Apartment 10 is situated on the 2nd floor of the building (please note there isn’t an elevator lift in the building). It is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment that has been fully renovated in Autumn 2021. The kitchen and dining areas are open plan and the lounge is spacious with modern comfortable seating and floor to ceiling windows that look on to amazing views with a large balcony that catches the afternoon sun just in time for apres ski. There is one double bedroom with a balcony, a separate master bathroom and the second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Apartment Amenities The open plan kitchen and dining area is very well equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, full sized oven and fridge freezer. The master bedroom complete with a double bed leads on to the large balcony. This room has space for a travel cot. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 people, with an ensuite shower room. It also has its own small private balcony. There is room for a travel cot between the bunk beds if desired. The separate master bathroom has a shower over a deep bath. The apartment has plenty of storage including a ski locker in the entrance hall. Buggies can be left under the stairs in the entrance way. A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. If arriving by car you can unload outside the main door with ease and the Lavachet underground car park (spaces need to be pre-booked) is conveniently only a minutes walk away.
