Then just a 12 minute car/cab ride to this quaint and cozy fully functional 4 room apartment boasting the amenities and comforts of a home away from home. Full kitchen, full (small) bathroom, living space (flat screen, cable, internet, free phone calls, copy machine, desk w/office supplies), Bedding area consist of " 10 bobopedic mattress automatic adjustable bed for 2. Also a bistro table for 2 set up at the bay window with a view the Hudson River. Guest access Travelers have access to the entire apartment located on the 3rd floor. Travelers can also take advantage of a graceful walk along a very quiet street and the grassy area, set up a chair(s) or blanket relax and just take in the site of this as it's called the "million dollar view". As I the owner, the travelers may also comfortably sit the private porch of my home which is about a 70ft walk down the street away from the apartment, facing the Hudson River and Bannerman's Island and if I'm at home the travelers can sip on a beverage or too....compliments from me. Other things to note Rich in "History", Newburgh was the headquarters of George Washington and the Continental Army from March, 1782 until the latter part of 1783. Newburgh is also the place where legendary Lucille Ball & Desi Arnez actually got their show biz start. Other entertainers that graced the Ritz Theater stage here in Newburgh is Frank Sinatra, Sammy D Jr and many other entertainers. The Hudson Valley is a mecca for many activities and places to visit. Many festivals, antique shops, museums, art galleries, county fairs, concerts, West Point, Woodbury Commons, Woodstock, Bear Mountain, Culinary Institute, sailing, skiing, hang gliding, New York City......all within 60mins of traveling via car.
