Park Avenue Condominiums “The best location I’ve ever stayed during Sundance” - 10yr Veteran The condo shares brick walls and an adjoining door with separate condos. We never have issues with guests staying next door. We make sure to be respectful of noise levels in the evening. The space As you enter the condo, there is a mudroom, office space, full kitchen, half-bath and living room. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. In the hallway upstairs there is a single daybed next to windows.
