Second bedroom has a single bed with a single trundle bed underneath. Bedding provided. New applicances but NO dishwasher. Small outdoor patio with furniture for guest use (NOT fenced in). Guest access Guests will be provided a free parking pass for on-street parking. Other things to note NOTE: Unit is the lower level of a larger home. Owner lives upstairs and will not disturb guests, but there could be some slight noise from dogs/footsteps. It definitely has not bothered the majority of our guests, but if you need complete silence this may not be the best choice. THANK YOU!
