This delightful open plan living kitchen space is fully equipped with everything you could need. The terrace overlooking the pools is a great place to relax and enjoy the afternoon breezes. With 3 bedrooms offering great flexibility in sleeping arrangements, this beautiful home nestling in tropical paradise allows you to be on the Playa Bonita beachfront in just a couple of minutes! The space Super comfortable lounge seating.Lovely finishes and great linens and towels await your luxury vacation. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment, as well as the private pool of Lake View, the project where the condo is located, inside Playa Bonita Residence. Within the Residence, you’ll also enjoy the beachfront pool and clubhouse, which features Restaurante Marea, open to all guests. Lounge chairs and umbrellas by the beach are available (first come, first served). Guests can also use the tennis court and a playground for kids — ideal for both relaxation and family fun. There is 1 parking space next to the apartment. Extra parking is also available within the project. Other things to note *Playa Bonita does not allow pets, including dogs or service animals. *We provide toilet paper, hand soap, a kitchen paper roll, dish soap, and 2 gallons of drinking water upon arrival. After that, these items are not replaced and are the responsibility of guests. Personal items such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are not provided. *For stays longer than 3 nights, electricity is charged based on consumption. The meter is read on the day of arrival and departure, and guests pay for the total electricity used at 14.95 DOP per kilowatt-hour. *We are not responsible for power outages, Wi-Fi interruptions, or similar service disruptions during your stay.
