Big private bedroom with a working desk, in a nice sunny house between the forest and my garden. You will enjoy the common living room with a fireplace, Sonos sound system, next to an open kitchen where you are welcome to cook! You will also enjoy relax in the quiet sunny garden while watching my 2 quiet chickens. The space Your 20 sqm bedroom comes with its own shower and sink, and a big working desk. You will have your own quiet 2nd floor room. My roommate (nice and discreet) is next to your bedroom. You need only 5 mn by foot to get to the center where you can find shops, bakeries, restaurants... To get to Paris, you can either go by car (15 mn), by public transportation (30 mn depending where you go in Paris), or 30 mn by bicycle (I can rent a bicycle if needed). Guest access You will have access to the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the garden and its terrace. Two toilets are available. During your stay I both really respect your space and time, and I like to share some time depending on both our agendas, maybe a dinner or coffee. Every other week I'm with my 11 years-old son (who's really a good boy) and/or with my partner and/or with my roommate. Other things to note My roommate and myself are both quiet and early birds. Since your bedroom is above mine and next to hers, I kindly ask you to be a bit careful with the noise in the evening from 10:00 PM.
